Over 30 years of experience as a vocational rehabilitation professional developing programs and services that enhance employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities.


Proven expertise in program service and grant development and management. Have been identified as a blind man with vision to conceptualize and bring partners together to create inclusive services.

  • Created transition from school to work programs that engaged vocational rehabilitation professionals, career and technical education, special educators and transition specialists.
  • Expertise in including and integrating developing transition services that spans partners
  • Expertise in creating career assessment and vocational rehabilitation programs.
  • Proven ability to create transition from school to work services.
  • Served as Board Member and President of the Vocational Evaluation Professionals Association
  • Experience in integrative assistive technology services. Currently serving on the Automated Personalized Computing Project.
  • Expertise in creating SSA Partnership Plus Employment Network and Vocational Rehabilitation Partnerships.
  • Created work incentive specialist positions that ensure work incentive and specialist professionals are readily available to SSA beneficiaries wishing to return to work.
  • Served as a Board Member of the National Employment Network Association
  • Conceptualized, wrote and managed and served as co-director on seven department of labor grants
  • Served as Co-Principal Investigators on two NIDLLR funded Return on Investment grants
  • Served as Project Director on RSA Career Pathways Grant.
  • During tenure at DARS was lead in brining in $35 million worth of grants.
